Return Process

  Log into your JENSEN account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the electronic items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery to our inspection facility.

  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will verify the condition of the hardware within 3-5 business days of receipt, after which your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
